Home Health Care is for people who will eventually recover from their current medical condition.
Hospice Care
Hospice Care is for those with terminal conditions who no longer choose aggressive treatment options or do not have aggressive treatment options available to them. Their choice is to live out the remainder of their lives in comfort and in the setting of their choice.
